Taking her 8 week course at our workplace (oracle). Not expecting what I was getting into, signed up.

To my surprise, this was one of best courses on nutrition. She goes into depth to various aspects of nutrition, how it affects your body, what food to avoid, what are the safe supplements and why you should take them. She won’t force you into crazy diets, explains alternatives to unhealthy eating habits and automatically you start eating healthy and in process lose weight.

Never felt this healthy since my early 20s.

Highly recommended.
