Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat coconut milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup organic chia seeds
- 1/4 cup or less organic maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup organic blueberries

Instructions
- Combine the coconut milk, maple syrup and cinnamon powder. Then mix in the chia seeds.
- Pour the mixture into a glass container and let it gel overnight. (You may choose to pour it into individual containers, so you can grab one and have it on the go).
- In the morning top with blueberries and enjoy.
