I learned the value of clinical nutrition first-hand when I applied therapeutic nutritional strategies to reverse my own health issues, issues that had seemed intractable to me — and to my conventional medical doctors.

I had suffered from fatigue and inexplicable pain for years. I began my career as an attorney. I transitioned to marketing in the tech sector to find a career that was less stressful and easier to manage with my health challenges. Marketing at a tech company was stressful too but law was even more so. Despite my best efforts to reduce stress and take care of myself, over time my health problems worsened. In my early thirties I found myself completely disabled and unable to work. Even something as simple as making a cup of tea sometimes required more energy than I had. In seeking to restore my health I researched many methods, leaving no stone unturned in my search to regain my health.

Today, as a result of applying clinical nutrition, I enjoy vibrant health. The impact of my experience, which spanned over a decade, motivated me to go back to school to formally study nutrition and open my own nutrition practice. Now my career is about sharing my knowledge, both academic and life-learned, with others who also want to reach a higher level of wellness and vibrancy in their own lives.

Many of us suffer from problems that are a direct result of nutritional deficiencies and dietary missteps. Issues such as fatigue, digestive difficulties (diarrhea, constipation, bloating, pain), insomnia, allergies, sinus problems, hypoglycemia, headaches, migraines, frequent colds, yeast infections, rashes, dry eye, and inexplicable pain problems are commonplace and can often be eliminated with clinical nutrition. Even health problems such as diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease and high blood pressure can be significantly impacted and even reversed with clinical nutrition.

Clinical nutrition is more than, “eat more salad and take a multivitamin.” It is a scientific methodology that can bring life-changing results. Whatever your dreams, whatever your goals, whatever you seek to accomplish depends on your health. If you are looking to increase your level of wellness or simply to maintain the level of wellness that you currently enjoy, clinical nutrition can make that possible.

I personally understand the challenge involved in implementing lifestyle changes required for healing and optimizing health. My approach is designed to implement changes that make life more enjoyable — and meals more delicious. Each nutrition plan is tailored to the individual client. Life is a journey. Great health makes that journey more fun and rewarding. Contact me today to schedule a free initial consultation and learn how nutrition can change your life.
