Would you like to turbo-charge your ability to lose weight and keep it off?  In these 8-week Meditation for Weight Loss online group classes, you will learn how to program your subconscious mind to exponentially increase the power of your weight loss efforts.   During these classes you will  learn how to shift into a weight loss success mindset.   As you progress, you will notice how meditation opens the door to a new way of thinking and being.   You will naturally start to release many of your self-sabotaging patterns.  This program will give you the tools you need to finally free yourself from stress and emotional eating .

This program is for you if:

  • You recognize that a lot of your eating is emotional but you don’t know how to stop.
  • Stress is causing you to eat more than you want.
  • You eat when you are not hungry.
  • You notice yourself reaching for the comfort, soft, chewy foods instead of the more nutritious salads and vegetables.
  • You often overeat, but you aren’t able to control it.
  • You find it difficult to manage what you eat in social situations like parties and nights out with friends.
  • When it comes to resisting fattening food, you struggle with willpower.
  • You have bad habits with food that you are not able to break.

The Meditation for Weight Loss program will be offered in four 8-week sessions in 2018 (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall).  You may attend one session or you may attend them all.  It is not necessary to do the sessions in order.  Just jump in when you are ready.  If you are reading this now and you know you would like to shift out of self-sabotaging behaviors and emotions that have caused you to gain weight, don’t wait, register today. Program Dates and Times:

All classes will be one hour long and will be held online via teleconference on Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm (PST).  Once you register, you will be sent a log-in via email. All classes will be recorded so that you can practice that week’s meditation for the entire week.   During the class there will time for both meditation as well as questions and answers and sharing.  The class is designed to be interactive and to create a supportive and positive environment. Classes will be held on the following dates.

Winter Session:  February 20 – April 17, 2018 (there will be no class on April 10, 2018)

Spring Session: May 8 – June 26, 2018

Summer Session: August 7 – September 25, 2018

Fall Session:  October 2 – November 20, 2018
