Julie offered me a free nutrition evaluation when she was still in training.  She met with me a few times, and gathered information via a survey about my lifestyle, exercise patterns, and eating habits.  She then came back with some concrete recommendations, many of which I’ve incorporated into my daily routine.  She also gave me a few recipes, which I really appreciated.  All in all, I was impressed by her  knowledge and ability to make recommendations that were achievable.  I would recommend her to others that are looking to make a change in their eating habits.
