I’ve been a client of Julie’s for about a year now, and I am so happy I took the step to work with a nutritionist, and Julie in particular. I feel much more in control of my eating life, and Julie helped me develop strategies for the long-term, especially in advance-planning.

But the very best thing I like about Julie Scott is that she doesn’t try to make you into something you’re not. I have always been a very picky eater, and Julie has never tried to get me to be a kale-lover, or anything else that’s unrealistic or unsustainable in the long-term. She has helped me to change my eating habits *within* the universe of food I like to eat, *without* judging me. It’s easy to work with Julie because I feel that I can be completely honest with her about my eating, and have her help me in a way that will work for *me*.

I recommend her highly.
