I gained ten pounds in my thirties that I could not get off, despite about a million diets. I started going to Julie about four weeks ago and the results have been nothing short of amazing. I’ve since lost four pounds fairly easily, and I feel as if Julie has finally given me the tools to actually change my relationship with food, rather than just thinking of weight loss as a diet that I’ll eventually stop. Julie is more like a food therapist -she spends the time to really understand your lifestyle, then comes up with a reasonable plan that you can actually stick to. I’m so grateful!
