I started gaining weight quickly once I hit my 40s, so I went to see Julie to get back on the right track and lose the weight I had gained. She was friendly, warm, and very easy to work with, and gave me a simple but effective plan for sustained weight loss. She offers practical strategies that are physically and psychologically realistic, combined with inspiration for shifting your relationship to food. She emphasized a healthy attitude about food and a sustainable lifestyle. I started seeing her a year ago and had my last visit 5 months ago, lost 20 pounds and haven’t gained any of it back. She offered supplements at our first appointment but wasn’t at all pushy about it. Overall, she was very responsive to my particular situation and needs. Highly recommended!
