Julie gets to the crux of your issues to help you. She doesn’t give you a calorie count and a list of foods to eat. In fact, we never really talked about calories. She suggested lifestyle adjustments to make and helped me shift my mental focus and perspective. She is always there for support in both the good and the bad times. She keeps me balanced, preventing me from going over the deep end when I have a set back. While she was extremely helpful in helping me lose the stress weight I had put on a few years ago, I find that her support is even more helpful in trying to maintain the weight loss. I highly recommend Julie.
