Julie Scott  takes a very personal, private and caring approach to all of her clients. She has no agenda other than helping you reach good health and good nutrition. I thought I knew what was good eating for me and could not understand why I could not lose weight. I have now learned so much from Julie. I have also lost 20 pounds with her common-sense approach to good eating habits that I know will last my lifetime.  I am not on “a diet” but rather sifted to good eating habits. I highly recommend Julie Scott to anyone seeking better health. You truly are what you eat. She can help you get rid of that demon voice inside that says, “Eat that cookie, it doesn’t matter.”
